Order confirmation emails include a summary of your customer's order details along with their gift vouchers or tickets (as .pdf attachments) and the most common reason a customer doesn't receive their email is due to a misspelt email address.
Sometimes order confirmation emails can get caught up in a spam filter but either way, this guide that shows you how to edit their email address and resend their email.
1 - Login to GVS
Login to the GVS admin area.
Once you’re logged in locate the order by clicking ‘Orders’ in the main navigation bar or by searching for the order as you normally would.
2 - To resend the confirmation email
Click 'Actions' in the top navigation bar, then click 'Resend confirmation email'
When the popup appears check the customer's email address, edit it if needed and click 'Resend confirmation'.
The customer will get sent another copy of their order confirmation email within a few minutes.
