1 - Login to GVS
Login to the GVS admin area.

Once you’re logged in, click 'Redeem voucher' or ‘Redeem item’ in the menu.

2 - Type in the gift voucher code
Enter the unique code shown on the voucher that you want to unredeem into the search box, and click ‘Search code’.

3 - Unredeem the gift voucher
On the voucher redemption page, locate and click ‘Unredeem’ on the right-hand side of the activity table. Once you have marked your voucher Unredeemed, the status will update accordingly.
